The Europe map
Europe from Iceland to the Aral Sea and from the North Cape to the Sahara. Two thirds of the map is land, and nearly all of that land is one connected mass — so on Europe you fight on long land borders, with several neighbours at once. Conquer Europe online: free in the browser, with no download.

The geography
The map is drawn on a conic projection, the kind atlases use for Europe, so the continent keeps the shape you know. Its five largest rivers — the Volga, the Danube, the Dnieper, the Don and the Ural — are real water cells, not lines drawn on the land: a land attack cannot cross them. The frame is wide enough to hold the whole Caspian Sea and the Aral Sea in the east, and it reaches south to the coast of North Africa.
How a match plays
About 98% of the land is one piece, so most starts touch several neighbours early. Growth into unclaimed land is quick, and the first fights come sooner than on the island maps. The rivers never cut the continent apart — there is always land around their ends — but they shape where borders settle and which way an attack can run. The British Isles, Iceland and the Mediterranean islands are reached by boat.
Tips for Europe
- Count your neighbours before you commit. A peninsula such as Iberia, Italy or Scandinavia leaves fewer land borders to hold, at the cost of less room to grow.
- Let a river cover a border. Land attacks cannot cross it directly, so watch the ends of the river, where the land still connects.
- Keep a reserve. With several neighbours at once, an empty border is an invitation.
- Islands cut both ways. They are safe from land attacks, but they have to be reached by boat — and defended against boats.
