Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These terms apply when you play pixelwar at pixelwar.io or on a website that shows it. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
The game
pixelwar is free to play. We may change, add or remove features, maps and rules at any time, and the game may sometimes be unavailable. Ranks, points and badges have no money value and cannot be sold or exchanged.
Your account
You can play as a guest or create an account. Keep your password private: you are responsible for what happens on your account. Usernames and clan names must not pretend to be someone else or be offensive.
Fair play
Do not cheat. That means no modified game clients, scripts or automated tools, no exploiting bugs, and no attempts to disrupt the servers or other players’ matches.
Chat and names
Be respectful. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, spam and advertising are not allowed, and neither is sharing anyone’s personal information. Moderators may remove messages, names and clan logos, and may mute or ban accounts that break these rules.
What you post
You keep the rights to what you post, such as chat messages and clan logos, and you allow pixelwar to show it in the game. Post only content you have the right to share.
Copying the game
Do not copy, resell or redistribute pixelwar or its code without our permission.
Ending access
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. You can stop playing at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by writing to pixelwar.official@gmail.com.
No guarantees
pixelwar is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the game, such as lost progress.
Other websites
If you play pixelwar on another website, that website’s own terms apply to its pages as well. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new date, and if you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
